poems by Rachel Green
..can this be resolved,is there a resolve..many thanks for a fine picture and a fine poem..
Thanks you Zoya.
What a wonderful take on the prompt! What could possibly be more resolved than weeds! Excellent!
a beautiful image, as well as beautiful lines. interesting how something so small and soft can cause another larger thing to eventually weaken and crumble, over time.
reminds me of the plants burgeoning in recent highway cuts -- defiant.
Thank you all. It's a disused factory in Chesterfield.
Weeds really know how to make resolutions, all right! Love the phots and the words.
Thank you :)
Nature will always find a way. That's for sure.
One being's resolve can be another's downfall. Well done.
Nature seems to always have the most patience in resolving what we build back to itself.
Ah, the power of resolve over time!
Indeed.I remember reading 'Day of the Triffids' and admiring how fast the roads and buildings crumbled.
A wonderful illustration of words of resolve. Each struggles in their own way to reach the life -giving light.
Great take. I see it all around my city too!Ruing
The perfect photo to go with those great words and observations.
Excellent photo and words.
Now, that is pretty! I love anything red brick. Wonderful example of resolve.
Thank you. Most kind of you both.
Your choice of words is astounding. Brilliantly done. (It makes me sorry I used "brilliant" in another comment.)
I'm honoured, thank you.
What a fascinating perspective! That word "purchases" fairly bristles! Loved this!
oh,my!"finding purchase"--how perfectly phrased.thank you!
