Gin and needles are gruesome indeed.
I would much rather education did awy with the need for abortion, but in the meantime...

Education could eliminate most of the need for abortions but not all. There will always be rape and accidents and failure of contraception.

And getting too drunk to care.

Good word though.

True - but I'll leave the politics to the professionals [the ones that charge by the hour;)].

Thanks for commenting Gina:)

Difficult one to pronounce! But a good word and relevant in my life at the moment with an impending battle I'm facing!

Grrrrrrrrrrr! I'm with you there!

My body - my choice....everyone else who thinks they can tell me what to do with it - they can fuck off.(sorry Rachel - I can get quite loud about this issue)

Oh!

My word of the day: Meridional - Of, relating to, or situated in the south. Relating to the people who live in the south of France. Relating to the people who live along a meridian. (the France one raised my eyebrows btw)

My shoe of the day: A lovely suede ankle boot with seed beedings in floral pattern and a bit of ruffle around the ankle and a bow. Sweet - but where would you wear it?
