Wildflowers and Meanies

Fuchsia
still blooming
against a sunny fence

Likewise Willow Herb
sets more seed
for the coming year

Berry juice
makes good missiles
for meany farmers

Below the sign,
makeshift fences
nailed to living trunks.

Trickster doesn't care:
she like the grass
enveloping the pathway.

The fuschia! Over here the only fuschia we see are in pots. They do not grow like that here at all!

And that fence - is some of it just felled trees?

We have huge fuchsia fences over here aims. It's a shrub and seems to get stronger every year. Some of the less hardy ones are annuals, but if you plant them out and you're lucky with the weather, they'll keep coming back year after year. By the way, it's fuchsia. If you say it rudely (as in fu..sia, you remember. One of Jim's pet hates as a horticultural publisher!

Rach, you must have taken these before you went away. How very organised!

Miserable old farmer. I hate 'don't do this' and 'keep of that' signs.
