Sue took me into town this morning. We wandered threough the Shambles (the inspiration for the one in Laverstone) and went to 'The Works' where I bought a sketchbook and some card-making supplies.The sign says 'Middle Shambles'

I love 'The Works', a great source of supplies and reasonable, too. Love the bike photo.
Yes, it 'closes down' once a year or so. I do think the books have got worse in recent years, though.
