Dogfield, Cemetery

Tea and toast
and Gina's marmalade --
Composted zebras

Dogs enjoy
a shaft of sunshine
warming the seats

Clouds shiver
and break under
temporary thaw

Home-made swings
on a cemetery tree
projected suicides?

Mmm. That marmalade looks nice.
Ghosts like to come and play with the swings at night: Eternity is a long time to go through and playthings are a great help.

Ah! There's a lovely thought. Ghosts on swings sounds pleasant. I used that in one of the early H&J books.

I hope you like your marmalade Rach. It's a bit thin on rind for my liking but I do love it with peanut butter on toast! Great shots. Strange swing...

I had marmalade (yesterday). How nice. These are wonderful photos. Love the dogs in the light and the trees.
