Not a Harold in Sight

Fat ones, thin ones
Fine Line Uniball bought by the box
(refills to save the planet, Janet)
Black ink only, not blue
(though I use red to edit
in hard copy, card soppy,
adverb droppy despair)
and a fountain pen for signing books
a feather quill for a writer’s looks –
Poseur-fresh but mostly true.
Alas.

I just love pens and pencils of all sorts. Great fun poem and lovely drawing as usual

Thank you Gina.
I don't have room for too many!

I'm a black ink person too, seeing as I've never managed to work out how to use a fountain pen without blotting, the quill is probably out for me

Luisa made me a quill but I am too poor a calligrapher to use it!
