Walking to Morisson's

Old factories,
rusted gates,
blue skies.

weigela and twisted metal, planning application lies

rhododendhron
and fastened gates -
derilict factory sighs.

I like this post a lot. The pictures are fascinating in their combinations and well chosen and the words are exactly right and do not crowd them. Spot-on post!

Beautiful Rachel!

And guess what. It's snowing and it's going to snow for 3 days. Good grief. What am I doing here?!

Smashing combination of photos and words. Love the tangled wire and locked gate especially.

Super combination of photos, Rachel. The delicate blossoms seem brazen next to the steel and rust. I love these.

Thank you.
The rust ones were splendid, I thought.

These are stunning, I particularly like the rusty factory gates... when you look at it full size, the colours are reminiscent (to me anyways) of a French Impressionist painting...

Thanks, Shullie. I actually have a joiner of that to assemble.
