Perhaps water mill is not the right word. There used to be a cottage with a waterwheel in the valley beside the path leading down to Welcombe beach, I think. (Grew up just down the coast but haven't been back for a VERY long time!)
Alas, I've been going there for about 7 years and I don't recall ever seeing it
