Why do they call it Vicar Lane? I'm thinking that not a lot of vicar's have that much 'playfulness' in them.
I'm ashamed to say I don't know. I've emailed the council to ask.
Delightful! (though I wondered the same re: the name)
The lane is a recent addition to the town, so little history at all.
It looks such fun. Shame about the man with no top half!
I do try to avoid pictures of passers-by!
