I love the atmosphere in this.I meant to ask you this: long time no painting: Have you stopped?
No, I've not stopped painting. I did so many shortly before Christmas (forty or more) that I was taking a bit of a rest. There's only so many I can keep clogging up drawers and cupboards, too!
that's a beautiful photo, the combination of mist and poplars is particularly atmospheric somehow
