Joiner comparison

15-04-10 The Portland Hotel

I've just picked up a different stitching program and tried it with the same ten images. It has more scope for paying with the angles and such, but takes a long time -- I have to set many of the control points by hand. Aslo, it won't mix portrait shots with landscape, so the two chaps who appeared in one photograpg had as much walidity as anything else, thus their appearance in the second joiner and not the first.

Girl - how much work do you want to do in a day? Wouldn't you rather go for a walk or write something?

I can't tell you which one I like the best. I find both of them quite interesting.

And - as always - I love your joiners.

I generally work as much as i need to ;)

Thank you. I've used the new program several times and it's good for different things. Besides, in the eighties I used to develop and print all the images by hand and painstakingly glue them all to card.

*sighs* I don't know, I don't know... I love the two men in the first, they were part of why I loved the first. But if you like working with the new program...

I'm using both at present. They have different uses.
