I hope we never do forget.

So many who gave so much for us. And how little we think about that. Once a year? That's terrible really!

I think it's more often than that. Every time I pass the graves, for example.

However you are probably right. Some of the world will think about it when they pass the war memorials that are erected in nearly every town and city.

Then of course there is that huge war memorial in Arlington, Virginia. My friend lives there and has sent me multiple pics of that long black line with the names carved into it and the people visiting.

So I guess I am meaning we do not 'publicly - as one' think about these brave brave people who gave their all - except on one day of the year.

Perhaps the powers that be decided one day was enough. Two would be way out there.
