Heheh, The council should spray the poo bins pink here as well. But they have taken to spraying the dog poo in the park bright pink to encourage the dog walkers to pick up after their dogs? They say its working ... at least one can see the land mines to avoid stepping on them :D
What a good idea! In Chesterfield they charge you a £50 on-the-spot fine or £200 later. I still see a lot of other dog's poo. What gets me is when people pick up after their dog but *leave the bag on the pavement*
