! Oh no, How do you decide what is to stay and what is to go? That's a huge chunk out of a load of work :( How disappointing is that!

It's the old adage of 'kill your darlings'. If the scene doesn't advance the plot, it gets cut. In 'Looking for Sally' I cut a lot of the character scenes.
