Who benefits?

the leaflet says
but what about the cost
to doctor's time?
receptionists?
pharmacists?
What about the people
who forget to order in time
and just run out of medication.
What about the one with heart problems?
diabetes?
blood thinners?
Who takes responsibility
when old people die
for lack of medicines?
Oh yeah.
Teachers.
Let's give teachers guns.
