new diet
requires long fasting
sixteen hours a day
Most of my hunger
derives from habit:
bananas for breakfast,
cereal, snack at eleven...
my stomach rumbles
but this is do-able
and three weeks makes a habit, they say.
today is day three
but I want to be thin.
