 a brief message
to my sister.

I'm okay, thanks. 
Scrapes have all scabbed over
but my lower back still hurts a lot.
Nothing broken,
but my back and bum are a mass of bruise.
I fell in slow motion
quite certain I was about to die,
but I was okay with it. 
No regrets.
