why are there no letters
from the Corinthians to Saint Paul?
Did they ever get his missives?
or did they treat them as Hate mail
and use them as palimpsests?
Who did he send them to, exactly?
or are they the Biblical equivalent
of newspaper letters stuck to school books?
Did the citizens of Corinth
gather round to hear the lastest complaints
from the Earliest Karen in the world?
The Letters of St Paul
are really just a right-wing editorial
ranting about foreigners doing foreign things
that Paul objected to.
