I want to complete
an educational course.
I understand
I have twenty-eight days
from the date of the letter
to book the course and pay
and I also understand
this is an ALTERNATIVE
(and I respect the capital offence)
to the conditional offer
of a Fixed Penalty charge.
But just as an aside
is there anything you can do
about the asshole who drives at sixty
down or residential street?
