another dream
concerning an old friend
I shared a flat with.
A google search reveals nothing
but a short obituary
from 2015.
Don't lose touch with your friends
though I have to say
he declined to maintain a relationship
with the woman who took his best mate.
I'd have gone to his funeral if I'd known
and smoked a last spliff in his memory.
