Regret
house purchase
on Haunted Hill
but the previous owners assure us
it used to be 'Haunsted"
after the local landowners.
and yes, it's built on a cemetery
but we got it for a bargain price
after a filming crew died there.
and we didn't mind the extra-deep well
with the red glow at the bottom
but the smell of sulphur
was sometimes nauseating
