Well Drats! Still - I think it's lovely that there is a fairground right next to the ocean?

That's lovely, including the rain. I always wondered at people getting upset at rain at the beach. Aren't they there to get wet after all?
I don't really mind, but I'd have liked to sit on the sand with a book.
