overcast today
not even a sparrow
to cheer the gloom

All through the Rage
he stayed inside
wiping everything
with antisceptic cloths
fearful of the modern trend
contracted by the sinning crowd.
"God will save me," he said,
"Coronavirus attacks the wicked"
The Faithful Right
joined his sancuary
while the virus raged
and when the tempest ended
the world was Left
with socialism.
