Reminder: You are gullible.
It's something I should put in my calendar
to remind myself daily.
to not be tempted by advertising
and imagine an AI voice
could be mistaken for human.
Oh, I thought. Thirty quid for a program
that would read my book to me?
And a free sixty day trial of the pro version?
Yes please. I should have guessed
they'd debit my account
for two hundred dollars
(and make it a recurring payment)
but now I have to open a dispute
to claw my money back and besides,
the AI voice is clunky.
