spaced out
from lack of sleep and lack of food
but I have no appetite.
this persistent cough
has given me headaches
and a constricted chest.
Sleeping is fitful
and I rarely last a whole half-hour.
If I get any worse
I'll become a prophet,
and battle demons
in the wilderness of Asda's car park.
