increases to fill up headlines
and webpages.
I want to know what's happening in the Ukraine
not why some some Harvard John
thinks Putin is bedding his generals.
I don't care if a rich TV woman
had to put her horse down;
ordinary people deal with death everyday
without "outpourings of support."
Where was the daily express
when your mum dies
and your sister had to put her child
up for adoption because food prices doubled?
Why should I care if a TikToker doesn't wash her pyjamas
or why a student threw eggs at King Charles?
I want to know when Big Oil is lying
and what's happening to ease the recession.
Celebrities are not news.
