settle on the blue bins
wind strewn rubbish

don't tell me it's unfair;
tell me how you stood up for yourself
even as you were hammered down
the privilege of white, cisgender males
will systematically crush all dissent
even while they claim 'not all men'
but what can we do other than speak up?
one voice against a hurricane;
one voice against the establishment
one voice for humanity.
