O, how sweet does't thou look, dear water board

with lipstick fresh applied, the best to woo

those shareholders, who maketh purse accord

from every ear of cultured sow (that's you.)

For since Dame Maggie sold the public shares

in what was public owned, for profit max;

convinced the voters it was never theirs

and promised that the sale would offset tax.

Now forty years have passed though sewage dark

and bill have risen steadily each year

it's been pointed out that you have missed the mark

polluting rivers that were once so clear.
